Hello and welcome! My name is Lauren Vaughn, and I’m excited to share my passion and knowledge of softball with athletes who are looking to elevate their game.

My softball journey started at a young age with a dream of competing at the highest level, and that dream led me to become a Division I athlete. I played for the Beverly Bandits organization for seven consecutive years and was a four-year Varsity athlete at Wheaton North High School. Those experiences helped shape me into the player I became and ultimately led me to continue my career at Syracuse University, where I competed at the Division I level before my career was unfortunately cut short due to a major shoulder injury.

While my playing career ended earlier than expected, my love for the game never did. Over the last three years, I’ve built my own private instruction business and developed a strong client base by working with athletes of all ages and skill levels. I’ve had the opportunity to train both beginner athletes and high-level players competing at the travel, high school, and collegiate-commit levels.

My experience both on the field and now as an instructor allows me to provide athletes with a unique perspective on what it takes to compete, adjust, and succeed. I am passionate about helping players build strong fundamentals, grow their confidence, and develop the mental side of the game.
